Terms of Service

License

The Yummie application is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

1. Download and install a copy of the Yummie application on your device
2. Use the Yummie Services for personal purposes

This license is effective until terminated. It automatically terminates if you fail to comply with these Terms. No other rights are granted beyond those expressly stated here.

Ownership

The Yummie application, including all code, graphics, content, and documentation, is owned by Yummie and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Yummie Services, including all updates, patches, and derivative works. This license is not a sale of any rights.

License Restrictions

You agree not to:

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Yummie application
2. Distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense any part of the Yummie Services
3. Use Yummie for any commercial solicitation or advertising
4. Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
5. Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Yummie Services
6. Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the app without written permission
7. Collect personal information about other users
8. Impersonate any person or entity
9. Use Yummie for any illegal purpose
10. Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels within the app
11. Reproduce or copy any part of the Yummie Services, except as expressly permitted

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

Information You Provide

Your use of Yummie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using Yummie, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

If you create a user account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

• Not share your password with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not submit defamatory, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content through the app

Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used freely by us without obligation to you.

Payment Terms

Certain features of Yummie may require payment. All fees are displayed before purchase and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide advance notice of any price changes through the app. Promotional offers may be available to select users and do not automatically apply to all accounts.

Subscriptions

If you activate a subscription ("Yummie Pro"), you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

App Store (iOS): Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Yummie → Cancel Subscription.

Google Play Store (Android): Go to Google Play → Subscriptions → Yummie → Cancel.

Delinquent Accounts

We may suspend or terminate access to paid features for any account with unpaid amounts. Collection or chargeback fees may apply.

Yummie Products

Yummie Free

Available to all users at no cost. We do not guarantee that Pro features will ever be made available in the free tier.

Yummie Pro & Free Trial

Yummie Pro is a paid subscription that renews automatically. If a free trial is offered, you will have access to Pro features during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Content available through Yummie may be protected by copyright. You agree to use Yummie only with content you have the lawful right to access and only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-Party Services

Yummie may integrate with or link to third-party websites, services, or software. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Yummie Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Data stored in the app will never be lost
• The app will be available at all times

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yummie and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Yummie Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yummie, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Yummie or your breach of these Terms.

Disputes

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Yummie shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Small claims court remains available where applicable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles, in compliance with applicable EU regulations including GDPR.

Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Yummie.
• Relationship: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.

Children

Yummie is not intended for users under the age of 13. If you are between 13 and 18, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian before using the app.

Electronic Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (via email or in-app notifications). These communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the app or communicated via email. Continued use of Yummie after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
